Hello there! My name is Santina and I’m a professional wordsmith and content creator based in Florida. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Florida State University where I majored in Editing, Writing, and Media. During my time at FSU, I had the opportunity to participate in the FSUShadow program twice, where I job-shadowed FSU’s Dean of Students and DCF’s Director of Human Trafficking Prevention.

I’m an experienced writer and editor with a passion for content — and my experience and education allow me to leverage those skills in my career.

I spent nearly a decade working in state government serving the citizens of Florida through my work with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. During my tenure, I developed law enforcement and correctional training curricula used to train officers throughout the state. At the time of my departure, I was leading a team of curriculum developers as Lead Editor and managing the publication process of 3 textbooks and dozens of online courses.

I have since moved onto the private sector where I work as a content manager.
